Please ensure you have filled in the returns form prior to sending the item back to us. No items will be accepted without a valid returns number.

Items need to be returned by Special delivery tracked through the Royal Mail and insured to the full value of the item.

We accept no responsibility for items lost in transit.

COVID 19 Update

  • As per Government guidelines our Retail premises are now closed, we will re open as soon as we possible can.

  • Postage COVID 19 update
    Royal Mail are no longer asking recipients to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020, due to the COVID 19 situation They will still capture the recipient’s name and confirmation of delivery. This is classed as a successful delivery by both Royal Mail and ourselves.

Staff Safety 

  • As per government guidelines we are doing everything we can to keep our team safe, with this in mind we are currently running a scaled down service, we will still aim to get your goods to you within 3-5 days.
