Quality Repair Work

We offer a hassle free repair service on all items of jewellery whether it’s something you’ve bought from us or not we are always happy to help. The process for any repair is simple – we take your details as well as a thorough description of the item and a full explanation of the work that is required. We triplicate this information, One copy stays with us in store, one copy goes with your jewellery and one copy stays with you. All are identical and all contain your reference number.

We understand that you don’t want to part with your jewellery therefore we work on an average 2 week turn around, however we will always try and accommodate your requirements and work to your time restriction.

COVID 19 Update

  • As per Government guidelines our Retail premises are now closed, we will re open as soon as we possible can.
  • We are still aiming to serve our customers on line, Via Facebook and Instagram, you can get in touch by either calling on 01636 613671 or messaging us on either of our social media platforms.  
  • Postage COVID 19 update
    Royal Mail are no longer asking recipients to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020, due to the COVID 19 situation They will still capture the recipient’s name and confirmation of delivery. This is classed as a successful delivery by both Royal Mail and ourselves.

Staff Safety 

  • As per government guidelines we are doing everything we can to keep our team safe, with this in mind we are currently running a scaled down service, we will still aim to get your goods to you within 3-5 days.
